Shipping - Australia 

• Free express shipping on all orders over $150 
• Standard shipping for all orders under $150 is a flat rate of $8
• Express shipping for all orders under $150 is a flat rate of $12 
• All orders are dispatched within 12 hours of purchase 

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund or a gift card to the value of 110% (excluding shipping) on all items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, we are unable to offer a full refund on items purchased on AfterPay however will offer a gift card of 100%. We are unable to accept returns under the below circumstances:

• A product seal has been opened 
• An item is not returned in its original condition (including packaging) or is damaged
• Customised creams are made for the individual and are unable to be returned 
• A request for a refund if the item purchased on AfterPay due to fees incurred for this service. You are welcome to exchange to another item or receive a gift card of 100%
• Sale products are unable to be returned 
• If the return request is outside of 14 days 
• No refunds for service based products (e.g. naturopathic consultations) 

Processing Times

• All services will be undertaken within 90 days of booking 
• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchasing
